Who this may help

Is All-on-X right for you?

  • Missing most or all of your teeth in one or both arches
  • Remaining teeth too damaged to save
  • Wearing traditional dentures and wanting a fixed solution
  • Moderate bone loss (angled implants may use available bone)

Fixed vs. removable

Fixed (All-on-X): Restorations are fixed to implants and not removed by you for daily wear. A dentist may remove them for maintenance, repair, or replacement.

Removable (snap-in dentures): Dentures snap onto implants and are removed by you for daily cleaning. They typically cost less and use fewer implants.

Both are more stable than traditional dentures. Dr. Mohager helps you choose based on your goals and budget.

Dr. Kam's planning approach

Planned digitally, made in-house

Dr. Kam Mohager, a general dentist focused on implant and restorative dentistry, uses 3D imaging and computer-guided planning to plan implant positions before surgery. A surgical guide helps direct placement, and your final restoration is made in our on-site lab.

Some services, such as certain anesthesia needs, may involve outside partners, and that is discussed with you in advance.

Design choices

FP1 vs. FP3: two restoration designs

FP1

An FP1 restoration replaces the visible portions of your teeth without a pink prosthetic gum section. It may be an option when your natural gum tissue and underlying anatomy provide suitable support for this design.

FP3

An FP3 restoration replaces teeth and missing gum tissue, using a pink prosthetic section to restore the needed contours.

Dr. Kam evaluates your anatomy, smile, and treatment goals to recommend the appropriate design.

Provisional to final

How treatment unfolds

1

Consultation & planning

We review your goals and history, and use 3D imaging when indicated to plan implant positions digitally.

2

Surgery & provisional

Implants are placed using a surgical guide based on your digital treatment plan. For suitable cases, a provisional restoration is fixed the same day so you leave with teeth.

3

Healing & refinements

Over several months, implants integrate. You receive dietary guidance and follow-up visits, and your provisional may be adjusted as you heal.

4

Final restoration

Your final zirconia restoration is made in our on-site lab and delivered, with regular checkups to follow.

Same-day teeth refer to a provisional restoration for suitable cases. A final zirconia restoration is placed later, after healing.

Cost & inclusions

Clear, per-arch pricing

Full-arch restoration starts at $20,000 per arch. One arch means your upper or lower jaw, not both. Your exact cost depends on your case and is reviewed in full at your consultation.

What is included (implants, extractions, grafting, your provisional, and your final zirconia restoration) is confirmed with you before treatment. Financing options are available, subject to approval and lender terms.

Comfort & anxiety support

Dr. Mohager takes time to explain each step and is known for putting anxious patients at ease. Sedation options, when appropriate, are discussed with you in advance.

Maintenance

Regular checkups help keep your restoration healthy. Fixed restorations are not removed by you for daily wear, but a dentist may remove them for maintenance, repair, or replacement over time.
